Often, as a coping mechanism, we’ll want to do the task RIGHT NOW but now always it is so practical and often it’s not a good time to do it.
Instead of just telling yourself “It’s okay you wouldn’t forget” or having someone remind you of all the details, you can the root issue and train your brain to hold more info at once you DO actually remember the information.
To get better at holding 2 or more pieces of information at once, you’ll want to start by giving yourself 2 items to do without writing it down.

Once you're feeling good about this, give yourself 3 things to do, then 4 and 5…
Being able to remember 5 will be SUPER helpful and make you feel on top of this world.
You can continue to challenge yourself and see how many pieces of info your brain can remember.
