During a session, Simon shared with me, he lost out on buying a specific home because he took too long to make a decision.
Digging a little deeper showed me that this wasn’t the first time Simon lost an opportunity because of decision-making, so I shared with him my favorite decision framework and gave him some exercises to do that within a short period of time, making quick decisions happened easily.

When the thinking skills you need to use are strong, doing the task is easy.
If the thinking skill you need to use is weak, doing the task will be a challenge.
The struggle that Simon had, came from a weak thinking skill of comparisons.
MOST entrepreneurs think they are good at comparing.
I mean, "Tell me what’s similar & what’s different?" is something we’ve heard since the age of 3.
Yet, when it comes to making decisions, we’re often unclear about what to choose because we are not using the thinking skill of comparisons.
There are two steps to making good decisions quickly & both steps require you to use comparisons:
To help Simon get even better at making decisions even faster, I had him do exercises simply for the sake of him to improve his comparisons.

The more you do these exercises, the more it happen naturally and you wouldn't even have to think about it anymore.

Your challenge this week is to use the two-step framework to help you make decisions:
Step one: What factors are most important (put them in priority order!)
Step two: Compare your options on the level to figure out which one fits your factor.
