When these cognitive functions are strong are lives run smoothly, when they are weak, it creates gaps and problems in our lives.

We’ll go through some daily struggles people may have before they improve their cognitive functions and what their lives look like because of it.

Then we’ll discuss what their lives look like after they improve their cognitive functions.


Obviously, your challenges will depend on your cognitive functions.

Before you improve your cognitive functions, you may:

  • ​Constantly be late for meetings and appointments.
  • ​Not remember important information.
  • ​Struggle to keep your house/office organized.
  • ​Constantly be missing papers or files.
  • ​Not feeling prepared.
  • ​People not listening to your directions.
  • ​Always getting lost.
  • ​Having to reread emails a few times to understand them.

I could go on and on.

It will really depend on your cognitive functions and how strong each of them are, so it may be more or less extreme than I’m laying it out here.
